The University of Texas at Tyler and Trinity Valley Community College music departments will present a faculty duo-piano recital at UT Tyler.

The public recital will be at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 13 in the UT Tyler Braithwaite Recital Hall and features pianists Vicki Conway, UT Tyler senior lecturer in music, and Mary Tidwell, TVCC instructor and music department coordinator.

Solo works of Beethoven and Ginastera and duo works of Rachmaninoff, Orff, Brahms and Lutoslawski will be performed.

The program includes "Tears" by Sergei Rachmaninoff in remembrance of the 11th anniversary of Sept. 11.
