TYLER --UT Tyler third baseman T.J. Martin has been awarded the 2012 American Baseball Coaches Association Gold Glove Award, which was announced earlier this Summer. Martin joins just eight other NCAA Division-III players named as winners of the prestigious award.

Martin is the first-player in UT Tyler program history to win the prestigious award, which fans can see at halftime of the UT Tyler men's basketball game on December 6 at 7:30 pm when Martin will be presented with the award.
