The UT Tyler Center for Global Education will hold Passport Day 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. Saturday,
Jan. 26 at the University Center, Dr. Jill Blondin, center director, announced.
“The Center for Global Education has partnered with the U.S. Postal Service to provide
this important service to the campus community and the public. We want to make applying
for a passport convenient for everyone,” Blondin said.
Cost is $110 plus a $25 execution fee. Photo services also will be available for $15
per person. All passport applicants must provide their social security number, obtain
proper paperwork prior to the event and not sign the application until instructed
to do so by the acceptance agent.
The passport application form will be available on site. As a reminder, those who
study abroad must have a valid passport, Blondin added.
