RICHARDSON -- UT Tyler softball pitcher Kelsie Batten has been named the American Southwest Conference East Division Pitcher of the Week. Batten helped the Patriots go 4-0 over the week, improving their record to 24-2 and 9-1 in the ASC.

In a week that the Patriots played four games, Batten went 3-0, allowing only one earned run with nine strikeouts over 15 2/3 innings of work. More...
