RICHARDSON -- UT Tyler softball pitcher Kelsie Batten has been named the American Southwest Conference East Division Pitcher of the Week. Batten has helped the Patriots to a 30-2 overall record, and a 15-1 record in the ASC East Division.

The freshman right-hander went 2-0 with a save in division play, allowing only one run over 16 2/3 innings in the process. More...
