“United as Patriots” is the theme for UT Tyler’s 2013 University Appreciation Week April 29 – May 3, President Rodney Mabry announced.

Recreational activities are planned each afternoon for all faculty and staff.

To kick off University Appreciation Week, a universitywide luncheon for faculty/staff and their families will be 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m. Monday, April 29 in the University Center Ballroom. Attendees have two food options (Salsarita’s and Stanley’s Barbecue) at this year’s luncheon.

Offices will remain open during the week. Participation requires the approval of the supervisor and coordination to minimize service disruption.
