RICHARDSON -- UT Tyler women's golfer Laura Lindsey has been named the American Southwest Conference Female Golfer of the Week, the league office announced Wednesday. Lindsey finished first at the Paris Junior College Invitational, finishing first overall.

Lindsey, a sophomore from Montgomery shot a combined 146, helping the Patriots to the first-place overall finish.
