RICHARDSON -- UT Tyler men's soccer player Alfonso Rocha has been named the American Southwest Conference Defensive Player of the Week, the conference office announced today. Rocha helped the Patriots shutout Northwood 4-0 and Huston-Tillotson 1-0 on the week.

Rocha, a senior from Spring anchored a salty Patriots defense that recorded two shutouts for the week, numbers three and four on the year. More...
