UT Tyler Announces Patriot Guardian Mobile Safety App Sweepstakes

The UT Tyler Police Department encourages students to enter the ‘Rave Guardian Safe Campus’ Sweepstakes by downloading the Patriot Guardian Mobile Safety app, UT Tyler police chief Mike Medders announced.

Beginning Sunday, March 1, students who download the Patriot Guardian app and create an account with their UT Tyler email address will be entered in the sweepstakes. Prizes include $1,000 to the UT Tyler Barnes and Noble bookstore, fleece jackets and backpacks. To download, search “Rave Guardian” in the Apple App Store or Android Play Store.

In addition, an award in the amount of $1,000 will be given to the student government of the school with the ‘Safest Campus,’ which is the school with the largest percentage of their student body registered with the app by Tuesday, March 31.

Existing Patriot Guardian users may also be entered by sending emails to friends on campus about the sweepstakes. For information, visit raveguardian.com/sweepstakes.
