BALTIMORE, Md. -- UT Tyler women's basketball forward Brittany King has been named Second Team All-American by D3Hoops.com the organization announced today. King, a junior from Mesquite, helped lead the Patriots to the Sweet 16 for the first time in program history.

King was sensational in her second year with the Patriots, averaging 17.3 points per game and 10.5 rebounds per game.

The forward was named First Team All-American Southwest Conference and First Team All-South Region, and was the only player in the ASC to average a double-double. More...
