UT Tyler will operate a new shuttle service for students beginning 7:30 a.m. Monday,
Aug. 25, Dr. Howard Patterson, vice president for student affairs, announced.
Two shuttles will run a loop from Eagle’s Landing to the UT Tyler Business Building
and Ratliff Engineering and Computer Science Complex (Parking Lot 8 and 9), then follow
Circle Drive to the Braithwaite Nursing Building, Stewart Administration Building,
University Center, Herrington Patriot Center, returning to Eagle’s Landing. The two
27-passenger vehicles will travel the route 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
“We are glad to provide this service to our Eagle’s Landing residents or anyone on
campus wanting to move about along this route,” Patterson said.
The shuttles will stop at each location as needed, making the round trip roughly every
15 minutes, he added.
