Rosemary Cooper and Ashley Ward were both inducted into Leadership Tyler – Class 28. Cooper is the UT Tyler director
of enrollment services, and Ward is the UT Tyler executive director of academic success.
The Leadership Tyler curriculum is intended to educate class members about the vital
issues that affect the Tyler community and provide the leadership and stewardship
tools necessary to address those issues and motivate others. It focuses on the three
pillars of leadership including a wide knowledge base, leadership skills and community
trusteeship. This model guides the program and motivates participants to become faithful
community leaders.
Established in 1986, Leadership Tyler is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization providing
unique opportunities for people at different leadership stages of their life to become
well-informed and serving community leaders.
