The UT Tyler Longview University Center will hold a public canned food drive benefiting the East Texas Food Bank, Dr. Van Patterson, UT Tyler LUC director, announced.

Participants may bring canned food items 4 – 8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 19 at the Longview University Center, located at 3201 N. Eastman Road in Longview. Arts and crafts and photo opportunities with Santa Claus will also be available for children.

UT Tyler’s Student Nurses’ Association serves as co-sponsor.
