UT Tyler will open the spring 2015 student online course evaluation system for three weeks, beginning 12:01 a.m. Monday, April 13.
The evaluation system will open for all spring 2015 Academic Partnerships 7W2 courses on 12:01 a.m. Friday, April 24.
Once logged into myUTTyler, students can access the evaluation system by following these instructions:
The evaluation period will end at 11:59 p.m. Saturday, May 2.
In appreciation for completing evaluations by May 2, the university will grant respondents “early access” to view their semester grades on myUTTyler at 12:01 a.m. Thursday, May 7 or when registrar grade processing is complete.
Students who do not complete course evaluations by May 2 must wait until 12:01 a.m. Wednesday, May 13 to have traditional access to grades through either myUTTyler or Blackboard.
If students have no courses eligible for evaluation, they will have early access to their grades at 12:01 a.m. Thursday, May 7 or when registrar grade processing is complete.
Evaluations are anonymous, and instructors have no ability to view individual responses. Once compiled, results are added to the university’s existing faculty evaluations website.
Students who experience difficulties in completing the course evaluations in myUTTyler may email instructorevals@uttyler.edu.
