Dr. Rochell McWhorter, assistant professor of human resource development, and Gail Johnson, lecturer in management, presented a paper on "Exploring Mock Team Interviewing as a Career Management Strategy" at the Southern Management Association Conference.

The duo also submitted an "Act on Research" promotional video for the event.

"We worked with UT Tyler's talented Department of Academic Transformation to create a five-minute video," Johnson said. "The video also included participants – both students and the business leaders – who extolled the benefits of the UT Tyler College of Business and Technology's Mock Team Interview event."

The video was an innovative way for scholars to disseminate their complex research findings using short films and live-performances, she added. To view the video, visit https://youtu.be/57yszxc_vk4.
