UT Tyler Announces 2016 Patriot Classic

The 2016 Patriot Classic, an annual fundraiser benefiting UT Tyler's scholarship program, will be May 7 – 16, President Rodney H. Mabry announced.

The fundraiser is comprised of two events. The UT Tyler Suddenlink Patriot Million Dollar Hole-in-One Contest is May 7 – 15, and the Patriot Golf Classic is Monday, May 16. This year marks the 30th anniversary of the hole-in-one contest.

Proceeds fund scholarships for deserving students.

The Patriots organization leads and staffs the hole-in-one contest, and the Patriot Golf Classic committee organizes the golf tournament.
