The next University of Texas at Tyler Honors Program Colloquium will feature university finance professor Dr. Vivek Pandey, Dr. Paul Streufert, executive director of special academic programs, announced.

The campus event will be 6 p.m. Wednesday, March 29 in the University Center theater. Pandey will discuss various topics about game theory in business including the prisoners' dilemma and product pricing, repeated games in human resource development; and stock dividends and their signaling impact.

"It is sure to be an interesting and educational night," said Honors Program coordinator Katherine Hellmann. "All members of The University of Texas at Tyler community are welcome and encouraged to attend!"

The Honors Colloquium Series is an opportunity for students to meet and talk with local, regional and national leaders and scholars about topics that relate to the semester's courses within The University of Texas at Tyler Honors Program. The series may also include museum trips, service projects, productions and other leadership and learning activities. Honors students are required to attend all colloquia to remain in good standing in the program.
