The Employee Assistance Program, which is available to all employees, offers counseling services, financial guidance, burnout surveys, and other resources to aid in the prevention of burnout and the improvement of overall wellness.

From stress in the workplace to difficult relationships at home, we have all faced moments in life that feel overwhelming. Now, you have some extra support to guide you through them.  UT Tyler School of Medicine now provides access to Headspace to all residents.

Everyday Mindfulness

Meditation, sleep support, and mindful exercises to help you stress less, sleep soundly, and relax more.

Guided Programs

Move through courses at your own pace and learn how to manage worry and anxious thoughts.

Coaches and Clinicians

Text with a coach who can guide you through challenging situations, help you reach your well-being goals, and refer you to a clinician when you need a little more support. 1:1 coaching is unlimited and on-demand.

Your plan will include up to 8 telehealth sessions with a therapist or psychiatrist per year. All sessions are confidential, with providers who are not local, and are free of charge.
