Contract Administration supports the educational and research missions of the University by facilitating the execution of business service contracts, while ensuring the protection of the University and maintaining compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures.
Contract Administration provides the following primary services:
- Contract Database Management
- Department Contract Manager Staff Training
- Assist Contract Managers with Contract Business Terms & Contract Management
- Assist Legal Affairs, Procurement Services, and Contract Managers with Contract Compliance
All contracts must be processed and handling in compliance with applicable laws, policies, and procedures, see HOP 4.2.7 Review and Process of Contracts.
