We have free coffee every Tuesday from 9am to 11am at Soules College of Business First Floor! 

Overview

The UT Tyler BIG Student club is dedicated to furthering the understanding of business, entrepreneurship, and innovation. Our Club aims to provide an avenue by which students can gain real-world business experiences, access entrepreneurial resources, innovate, network with the East Texas business and government community, and share ideas. 

Businesses thrive when diversity is valued and encouraged, and the UT Tyler BIG Student Club is made better when students of all majors and backgrounds are members.

 

Who Can Join the Club?

The BIG Club is open to all students at UT Tyler, who want to gain valuable knowledge and experience needed to be a successful entrepreneur. Those students who:

• Want to develop and refine ideas and make them a reality.
• Want to ideate and develop ideas and successfully build businesses.
• Collaborate with peers on potential projects.
• Network with successful entrepreneurs and professionals.
• Or even students that just want to learn more about business fundamentals and add value to their career.

 

What We Do

• We create opportunities for students to network with local business leaders and successful entrepreneurs.
• We host speaker series on campus featuring successful entrepreneurs.
• We work on fun and effective training and workshops to challenge our entrepreneurial mindset.
• We continuously challenge ourselves to think critically.
• We collaborate with peers on ideas and projects, validate them, and test their market potential.
