Andy Alvarado serves as the Associate Director for the UT Tyler Center for Entrepreneurship, where he develops and implement experiential entrepreneurship programs and events. In his role, he supports student-created ventures, assessing their training and mentoring needs, and equipping them with resources to enhance the likelihood of successfully launching and developing companies in the East Texas region.

Andy is also responsible for:

• Campus manager of the Student Ventures Marketplace.
• Experiential courses and training provided by the center.
• Pitch competitions.
• External competitions.
• Campus-wide entrepreneurship initiatives.
• Research.
