Freshman Orientation Registration

For freshmen beginning in Summer OR Fall 2024 -

All incoming students who graduate from high school in 2024 need to attend freshman orientation. All first time, full time college students are required to complete orientation, regardless of the number of dual credit hours earned. If you are a student who graduated before 2024 and are transferring in from another college or university with less than 30 credit hours, you will need to attend freshman orientation.

Completing Your Orientation Registration:

1. Login to your student Canvas account
2. Select the tile titled “2024 New Patriot Orientation Pre Orientation”
3. Complete each Module, and the registration link will be provided at the end
4. Fill out the registration form

 

Transfer Orientation Registration

For transfer students beginning in Summer OR Fall 2024 -

All new students to The University of Texas at Tyler must complete New Patriot Orientation. You may now complete your Orientation Registration through this Qualtrics link - Transfer Orientation Registration
