Employee Scholarship Application is open for Summer 2026

Employee scholarship application deadline May 1st for summer semester; Applications are required each semester. View the scholarship application, guidelines, and eligibility requirements for each available scholarship.

Deadline to submit application(s): May 1, 2026
How to apply:

1. Complete application form and documentation requirements for each individual applying for scholarship.
   1. You must submit a new form for each individual enrolling – and you must complete the form each and every semester by or before the deadline.
   2. Proof of dependency must be submitted with each application period for dependent scholarship application to be considered.
2. Completed applications must be sent to the HR Office via email, humanresources@uttyler.edu, by the stated deadline.
   1. If submitting by utilizing Docusign, please send the completed form directly to ksullivan@uttyler.edu
