Give to the College of Education and Psychology

The University of Texas at Tyler

The College of Education and Psychology is committed to excellence in all we do. Donors help us maintain the high quality programs and educational settings that we have become known for across East Texas. As a College we have identified these priority areas that need donor support.

  • Memory Assessment and Research Center (MARC): The MARC provides older adults across East Texas access to a neuropsychological evaluation that many in the community are unfortunately unable to afford on their own while simultaneously conducting cutting-edge research to better diagnose neurocognitive decline.
  • ESL Endorsement Fund: This fund was established to provide grants to UT Tyler students with demonstrated financial need within the School of Education to cover the costs associated with completing the English as a Second Language certification test.
  • Psychology and Counseling Training ClinicThe clinic offers free counseling services to students at UT Tyler. Clients are seen by advanced graduate students in Psychology and Counseling, under the direct supervision of University mental health professionals. Gifts to this fund help support the operational needs of the clinic.
  • Curriculum and Assessment Lab FundThe lab is equipped with a variety of instructional tools and materials needed by pre-service teachers and graduate students in education courses within the School of Education that they are able to access at no cost. Gifts to this fund help support the operational needs of the lab.

You can support one of these priorities by making a one-time or recurring gift using the form below or by sending a check payable to the University of Texas at Tyler to 3900 University Boulevard, Tyler, TX, 75799; please indicate in the memo line which priority area you are interested in supporting. If you are interested in exploring other areas to support within the College of Education and Psychology, please contact us at development@uttyler.edu or 903.566.7047.
