The Graduate School

Welcome to UT Tyler’s graduate student orientation!

Graduate orientation is completely online through our Canvas learning platform and is designed to provide you with all the tools needed to make the most of your graduate experience. While in the course, navigate at your own pace and choose the information that meets your own needs and interests. This course will be available to you the entire time you’re a student.

You’ll have access to orientation within a week of acceptance to a program. When you’re ready to get started, log in to Canvas.

Our "welcome boxes" contain a UT Tyler T-shirt, notebook and more! If you did not receive one, please write us at ogs@uttyler.edu to request your box. Include your shirt size and mailing address, and we'll happily send one directly to you. (Admitted students and U.S. addresses only)
