With a heartfelt dedication to healthcare, Nikkia Jiles brings a compassionate and comprehensive approach to behavioral health. Her dual backgrounds in nursing and social work have enabled her to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients facing physical and mental health challenges. Nikkia is passionate about helping patients see beyond their diagnoses and empowering them to overcome obstacles on their journey to wellness.

Her professional journey began as an emergency room social worker, where she provided critical support on mental health units, conducted group therapy sessions, and assisted with discharge planning. She has also worked as a staff nurse in medical units, gaining valuable experience in acute-care settings. Additionally, Nikkia has a special affinity for working with medically fragile children through her role in home health nursing, which she considers her favorite population to serve.

Nikkia earned her LVN license from Tyler Junior College in 2004 and later obtained her Licensed Master Social Work (LMSW) degree from Stephen F. Austin State University. Her diverse clinical experience and dedication to holistic patient care have equipped her to serve as a trusted behavioral health specialist.

Outside of work, Nikkia enjoys watching cooking shows like Food Network's "Last Chef Standing" and practicing meditation, finding inspiration and strength in God's promises as revealed in scripture.
