The Division of Infectious Diseases was established in 2024 as part of a growing academic medical enterprise dedicated to advancing research, education and clinical care across East Texas.
Although newly established, the division builds upon over five decades of excellence in infectious diseases care, research and education at UT Tyler and its affiliated institutions.
