Students receiving academic counseling, remediation, probation, or other progression review may be referred to support services when personal circumstances are identified as contributing factors affecting performance.

Confidentiality

Referrals and support services will be coordinated in accordance with applicable federal and state laws, University policies, FERPA requirements, and professional standards. Information will be shared only with individuals who have a legitimate educational interest or as otherwise required by law or University policy.

Student Affairs Coordinator

The Student Affairs Coordinator serves as a primary resource for assisting students with academic support, resource navigation, wellness initiatives, individualized success planning, and referrals to appropriate institutional or community services. The Student Affairs Coordinator works collaboratively with faculty, advisors, and University offices to facilitate timely intervention and support.

The Program Director is responsible for ensuring students are informed of available support services during orientation and throughout the program. Program leadership will review student support resources, referral processes, and utilization patterns annually as part of the program's continuous quality improvement process.
