Academic Advisors

Finding Your Academic Advisor and Scheduling an Appointment:

For the College of Arts and Sciences, College of Engineering, Schoool of Education, School of Health Professions, & Soules College of Business:

1. Log in to Civitas Inspire
2. Find your assigned academic advisor
   • If you do not know who your assigned advisor is, select Contact My Advisors. Your assigned academic advisor’s name(s) will be displayed.
   • If you already know your advisor’s name, continue to Step 3.
3. From the CIVITAS Inspire menu, select Schedule an Appointment.
4. Choose your academic advisor
   • Open the advisor drop-down menu and select your assigned academic advisor.
5. Enter your preferred dates and times
6. Select “Search”
7. Choose an available appointment
8. Confirm your appointment

Drop-In Appointments

Need help with registration, choosing classes, understanding degree requirements, academic planning, holds, graduation preparation, or other quick questions? Stop by and meet with an undergraduate advisor during drop-in advising. Drop-in advising is designed for brief questions that can usually be answered in a short visit, not an initial appointment. If you need more detailed academic planning or support, an advisor may recommend scheduling a longer advising appointment.
