Undergraduate Courses: Psychiatric/Mental Health, Nursing Research, Community Health, Concepts and Theories, Health Assessment; RN to BSN (MINE) Course: Professional Transitions; Health and Kinesiology: Behavioral Medicine, Graduate Courses: Nursing Education Curriculum Development, Evaluation in Nursing Education, Nurse Educator Role Strategies and Practicum (MSN Education courses); Health Care Informatics, Health Policy for Population Health, Capstone II. PhD Courses: Quantitative Research Design and please add Theory Construction and Evaluation after Quantitative Research Design.

Research Interests: 
I have always valued research and considered it to be an integral component of my faculty role. In my dual role as both a nurse and a faculty member, I value expert practice in nursing and education; therefore, I chose two foci for my program of research exploring both clinical practice as well as educational excellence. Chronic Illness (Parkinson’s disease and Cancer), and Nursing Education.
