Word of the Day:

Awareness: Part of fostering awareness is staying mindful and recognizing situations you can prevent.

Nominate a Compliance Champion: 🏆
Do you know someone who consistently does the right thing, even when no one is watching? This could mean acting ethically in tough situations, safeguarding patient/student privacy, preventing fraud or abuse, or upholding UT Tyler's mission, policies and Standards of Conduct.

Word of the Day:

Privacy: Every day, we work with information that deserves careful handling — from student grades to patient health details. Protecting this data isn’t just about compliance with laws like FERPA and HIPAA; it’s about respecting the people we serve.

Keep privacy in mind: verify who you’re sharing information with, secure your devices, and think before you hit “send.”
