Office of Assessment & Institutional Effectiveness

The UT Tyler Assessment and Institutional Effectiveness (AIE) Office mission is to lead assessment support and collaborative continuous quality improvement in partnership with the UT Tyler Assessment Team (ATeam). The AIE Office supports the UT Tyler Mission and Strategic Plan, Rise as One.

The AIE Office values that undergird all assessment practices include:

AIE staff serve as campus administrators for the the university assessment management platform and the Qualtrics survey platform. University-level surveys such as the National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE), the UT Tyler Graduation Exit Surveys, and faculty evaluation of administrators are coordinated through the AIE office.
