Kim Nimon, Ph.D. Dr. Kim Nimon is Professor in the Department of Human Resource Development. Previously, she was Associate Professor in Department of Learning Technologies and Director and Founder of the Information for Research and Analysis (IRA) Lab at the University of North Texas (UNT). Her areas of expertise are in workforce development (human resource development, employee engagement, corporate chaplaincy programs) and analytical methodologies (applied general linear model analyses, statistical software programming, measurement and evaluation). She has published extensively in refereed journals including American Journal of Evaluation, Frontiers in Psychology, Human Resources Quarterly, Multivariate Behavioral Research, and Organizational Research Methods. |

Matthew Kelly, Ph.D. Matthew Kelly is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Literature and Languages. His research explores the use of interactive digital media technologies in the writing classroom and the collective pedagogical practices of online gaming communities. As a consultant for academic writing, he specializes in methods for deriving an effective research agenda, writing and revising articles for publication, and applying to academic conferences. Dr. Kelly's responsibilities include creating writing-focused resources, hosting webinars dedicated to different academic writing strategies, and coordinating the Research Design & Data Analysis Lab's semester-long writing seminar in the spring. |

Christopher Barrett Christopher Barrett is the Data Specialist for University Advancement, serving Career Success, Alumni Engagement, Annual Giving, Advancement Services and Special Events. Christopher manages data for internal and external reporting to support fundraising appeals/pledges, career success, alumni relations, annual giving, advancement services and special events. He spends most of his time as the acting Database/Web Administrator, as well managing email communications, electronic registrations, giving pages, crowdfunding and coordinating webpages for University Advancement. Christopher is also the web consultant of this website to support the Office of Research, Scholarship, and Sponsored Programs. |
