Commencement Registration (Qualtrics Survey)

Register through Faculty Commencement Survey starting Wednesday,  March 4th, 2026, at 10:00am CST

• If you do not plan to participate, you must indicate this on the Commencement Registration through the Survey.
• Please complete the  QUALTRICS Survey at your earliest convenience, regardless of your attendance. To ensure that we are adequately prepared, for Commencement, please submit your responses no later than Wednesday, April 1th, 2026 at 11:59pm CST. 

 

Faculty Marshal & Faculty Representative Rehearsal NONE for SPRING

Due to the Bob Dylan concert scheduled at Cowan for Wednesday, April 29, 2026, there will NOT be student / faculty rehearsals for Spring Commencement.

• 8:00AM – Faculty Marshals and Faculty Check-in & enjoy light refreshments at the Faculty Café (FAC 1029)
• 8:15AM – Faculty Marshals report to Student Check-In station.
• 9:00AM – Ceremony Starts
  

Ceremony 2 – College of Engineering, and School of Health Professions

• 12:00 PM – Faculty Marshals and Faculty Check-in & enjoy light refreshments at the Faculty Café (FAC 1029)
• 12:15 PM – Faculty Marshals report to Student Check-In station.
• 1:00 PM – Ceremony Starts
  

Ceremony 3 – Fisch College of Pharmacy , and College of Arts and Sciences

• 3:00 PM – Faculty Marshals and Faculty Check-in & enjoy light refreshments at the Faculty Café (FAC 1029)
• 3:15 PM – Faculty Marshals report to Student Check-In station.
• 5:00 PM – Ceremony Starts

Ceremony 4– College Education and Psychology, and School of Medicine

• 8:00AM – Faculty Marshals and Faculty Check-in & enjoy light refreshments at the Faculty Café (FAC 1029)
• 8:15AM – Faculty Marshals report to Student Check-In station.
• 9:00AM – Ceremony Starts
   

Ceremony 5 – Soules College of Business

• 12:00 PM – Faculty Marshals and Faculty Check-in & enjoy light refreshments at the Faculty Café (FAC 1029)
• 12:15 PM – Faculty Marshals report to Student Check-In station.

Regalia (cap & gown)

Doctoral, Professional, & Masters

• Purchases: faculty may purchase regalia online at herff.ly/regalia before the Thursday, March 12, 2026, deadline.
• Rentals: faculty need to contact the UT Tyler Bookstore to rent regalia. The deadline to order is Thursday, April 2, 2026, for delivery to the bookstore.
