The Division of Infectious Diseases was established in 2024 as part of a growing academic medical enterprise dedicated to advancing research, education and clinical care across East Texas. Although newly established, the division builds upon over five decades of excellence in infectious diseases care, research and education at UT Tyler and its affiliated institutions.

The Division of Infectious Diseases is committed to:

Our physicians serve as a regional resource for specialized infectious diseases consultation, ensuring patients across East Texas have access to expert care.
