Originally from Hallsville, Texas, Charles Galloway is a dedicated professional with a strong background in leadership and technical expertise. After graduating from high school, he embarked on a 20-year military career, culminating in his role as Senior Aviation Maintenance Officer for his unit.

Following his military service, Charles transitioned into the corporate sector and now serves as the Site Learning and Development Specialist at Komatsu, where he focuses on advancing employee growth and organizational development. He currently lives in Kilgore, Texas, with his wife, Ashley, and their two children, Riley and Jacob.

Charles is also pursuing a degree in Industrial Technology at The University of Texas at Tyler, continuing his commitment to lifelong learning and professional excellence.
