All faculty and staff, including, but not limited to, residents, and part-time employees must go to the UT System Outside Activity Portal (the Portal) and do the following:
Steps to Complete the Portal Requirements
1. Acknowledge Updated Policies
- Log in to the Portal
- Scroll to the bottom and select “Acknowledgement”
- Review the policies, check the acknowledgement box, and click "Submit"
2. Complete the Screening Questions
- Select “Screening Question Answers”
- Ensure all questions are answered and click "Submit"
3. Submit an Activity Form or No Activity Form
- If you have outside activities, complete the Activity Form
- If you do not have outside activities, complete the No Activity Form, check all three boxes, and select “Report No Activity.”
These steps will ensure that all reporting requirements have been completed in the Portal.
