Register through Faculty Commencement Survey starting Monday, June 16th, 2025, at 10:00am CST

• If you do not plan to participate, you must indicate this on the Commencement Registration through the Google Survey.
• Please complete the  QUALTRICS Survey at your earliest convenience, regardless of your attendance. To ensure that we are adequately prepared, for Commencement, please submit your responses no later than Friday, July 181h, 2025 at 11:59pm CST.

• 8:00AM – Faculty Marshals and Faculty Check-in & enjoy light refreshments at the Faculty Café (FAC 1029)
• 8:15AM – Faculty Marshals report to Student Check-In station.
• 9:00AM – Ceremony Starts
   

Ceremony 2 – College of Education and Psychology, College of Engineering and Soules College of Business

• 12:00PM – Faculty Marshals and Faculty Check-in & enjoy light refreshments at the Faculty Café (FAC 1029)
• 12:15PM – Faculty Marshals report to Student Check-In station.
• 1:00PM – Ceremony Starts

Regalia (cap & gown)

Doctoral, Professional, & Masters

• Purchases: faculty may purchase regalia online at herff.ly/regalia before the (date TBD), 2025, deadline.
• Rentals: faculty need to contact the UT Tyler Bookstore to rent regalia. The deadline to order is (day TBD), 2025, for delivery to the bookstore by (day TBD), 2025.
