Wind Ensemble

UT Tyler School of Performing Arts

The UT Tyler Wind Ensemble is the university's leading instrumental performance group, and is conducted by Dr. Austin Seybert. The Wind Ensemble consists of UT Tyler music and non-music majors. Literature includes works in all styles: transcriptions, traditional band works, recent works commissioned for the contemporary wind ensemble, and works featuring outstanding student or professional soloists. Two performances are scheduled each semester. Membership is by audition only.
