The UT Tyler Wind Ensemble is the university's leading instrumental performance group and consists of both music and non-music majors. Literature includes works in all styles: transcriptions, traditional band works, recent works commissioned for the contemporary wind ensemble, and works featuring outstanding student or professional soloists. Two performances are scheduled each semester. Membership is by audition only.
