Fundraising Policy
Subject to constitutional and statutory restrictions on the use of State property
for religious or political purposes, a students' association; a registered student,
faculty, or staff organization; or an officially recognized alumni association whose
fundraising activities are dedicated to the benefit of UT System, or The University
of Texas at Tyler may reserve and use buildings, grounds, and facilities owned or
controlled by the UT System or The University of Texas at Tyler.
- Individual persons are not allowed to solicit for personal gain.
- Profit-making corporations or organizations may not use campus organizations to advertise or sell their products.
- All raffles must follow the Charitable Raffle Enabling Act found on The Attorney General of Texas website.
- Please review Rule 80103 of the UT System Regents’ Rule.
