Patriot Dining is UT Tyler's on-campus food vendor, offering a team of catering professionals ready to assist with every aspect of an event. Their highly trained staff is happy to meet and design a unique menu with the freshest seasonal food, beautifully displayed and served professionally.

Off-Campus Food Vendors to include Food Trucks
The offices of Risk Management and Environmental Health & Safety have reviewed the food vendors provided on the webpage below. They currently comply with UT Tyler’s insurance and health requirements. 

Do not forget that FOOD TRUCKS require space reserved through Astra - either specific parking spots or one of the designated locations inside of campus - and approval from the Vice President of Operations via the Event Management Coordination Form (EMC).
