Mr. & Miss UT Tyler Criteria & Requirements
- Mr. & Miss UT Tyler is open to any student who is classified as a full-time
- Junior
- Senior
- Graduate Student
- Students must actively be in good standing, engaged and involved in TWO or more registered student organizations/athletic team at UT Tyler.
3. Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.25.
Nominations
Click here to submit a nomination. Nominations will open at 12 p.m. Monday, Feb 26th. Nominations will close Tuesday, Feb 5th at 4pm.
Eligible nominees will be included in the upcoming Mr. & Miss UT Tyler vote that will take place the week of Homecoming. Students will be e-mailed when voting has opened.
Voting
Voting for Mr. & Miss UT Tyler will begin Monday, March 18, and end Wednesday, March, 20 at 5:00 PM.
Winners for Mr. & Miss UT Tyler will be announced and crowned at the Met Gala 8-10 p.m. Thursday, March 21. The Homecoming Court is expected to attend the Met Gala.
The crowned Mr. & Miss UT Tyler will lead the Golf Cart Parade on Saturday, March 23 after the Crawfish Boil. We ask that Mr. & Miss UT Tyler to please dress formally for the parade.
