Student Life

Camp/Conference Assistant (CA)

Support summer guests and events on campus. CA's assist with check-ins, logistics, and hospitality for camps and conferences hosted in our residential communities.

  • What you’ll do: Coordinate guest arrivals, prepare rooms, assist with event needs, and ensure a welcoming experience.
  • What you’ll gain: Event coordination experience, customer service skills, and a fast-paced summer job.
  • What terms do CA's work: Summer Only

Housing Office Assistant (HOA)

Keep our operations running smoothly. HOA's are the friendly faces both in front and behind the scenes, helping with administrative tasks, customer service, and housing processes.

  • What you’ll do: Assist with front desk operations, answer questions, and support housing logistics.
  • What you’ll gain: Professional experience, communication skills, and insight into campus operations.
  • What terms HOA's work: Academic Year (Fall - Spring) and Summer Sessions

Maintenance Resident Assistant (MOA)

Bridge the gap between residents and facilities. MRA's help report and follow up on maintenance issues, ensuring our community and residential spaces stay safe and functional.

  • What you'll do: Monitor facility concerns, communicate with maintenance teams, and educate residents on upkeep.
  • What you'll gain: Problem-solving skills, teamwork experience, and a unique leadership role.
  • When you'll work: Academic Year (Fall - Spring) and Summer Sessions

Resident Assistant (RA)

Be the heartbeat of your residential community. RA's foster connection, safety, and belonging through programming, peer support, and crisis response. You’ll gain leadership experience, conflict resolution skills, and lifelong friendships.

  • What you’ll do: Build community, support residents, enforce policies, and collaborate with campus partners.
  • What you'll gain: Transferable skills for any career, like leadership development, conflict management, and much more.
  • What terms RA's work: Academic Year (Fall - Spring) and Summer Sessions
