All of the university housing is considered fully furnished.

Patriot Village:

Each bedroom contains:

• Desk with Chair
  • Desk Dimensions are 47" L x 24" W x 30" H
•  Dresser
  • 3 drawer unit, approximately 30 inches tall
• Bed with Twin-XL mattress
  • Twin XL mattress is 38 in wide and 80 inches long
  • Max clearance under bed is 28 inches

In the common space a couch and a coffee table are provided.

Ornelas Hall:

Triple (three bedrooms):

Each bedroom contains:

• Bed with Twin-XL mattress
  • Twin XL mattress is 38 in wide and 80 inches long
  • Max clearance under bed at tallest height is 30 inches
• Nightstand storage with lockable cabinet
  • Dimensions: 17in W x 23.5in L x 28in. H
• Three Drawer Dresser
  • Dimensions: 29.5in W x 23.5in L x 28in H
• Small two shelf bookshelf
  • 23.5in W x 23.5in L x 28in H
• Desk with Chair
  • Desk Dimensions are 31.5in. W x 23.5in L x 28in H

In the common space a couch, chair, side table and two ottomans are provided.

Double (one room shared by two students):

In the room, three beds with twin-XL mattresses (38 inches wide and 80 inches long), two night stands (23.5in W x 23.5in L x 28in H) , two three drawer dressers (29.5in W x 23.5in L x 28in H), two bookshelves (23.5in W x 23.5in L x 28in H) and two desks (31.5in. W x 23.5in L x 28in H) with chairs.

Note: The third bed is in the room due to at times of high occupancy we will temporarily trio the Doubles at Ornelas Hall and add a third resident to the room temporarily. While the resident is only temporary the third bed is not removed from the room when the resident has been removed. The third bed must stay in the space throughout the year. 

Liberty Landing:

Each bedroom comes with a standard full-sized bed and mattress, desk with chair and two dressers. In the common area, apartments come either with bar stools or kitchen tables and chairs, as well as a couch and coffee table. Note: A full mattress is 53 inches wide and 75 inches long.

Victory Village:

Each bedroom comes with a standard full-sized bed and mattress, desk with chair, and dresser. In the common area, a couch, coffee table, and kitchen table and chairs are provided. Note: A full mattress is 53 inches wide and 75 inches long.

 

All communities are fully furnished. You may bring additional furniture, but the university furniture must not leave the room.

Ornelas Hall: None.

Patriot Village: Refrigerator/freezer (with ice maker), an electric oven with range top, a dishwasher and garbage disposal.

Liberty Landing: Washer and Dryer. Refrigerator/freezer (with ice maker), an electric oven with range top, a dishwasher and garbage disposal.

Victory Village: Washer and Dryer. Refrigerator/freezer (with ice maker), an electric oven with range top, a dishwasher and garbage disposal.
