Ring Sales & Ring Ceremony

UT Tyler students who have earned 60+ hours (junior status), 30 graduate hours, or P2 level pharmacy students are eligible to order their official UT Tyler ring! Eligible students in this category will receive email and mailed invitations to order their UT Tyler rings each fall and spring semester.

Each person who orders a UT Tyler ring is invited to receive their ring for the first time at the Official Ring Ceremony each fall and spring semester. This UT Tyler tradition is a great way to celebrate this accomplishment with your friends and family, with a light reception following the ceremony.

Fall 2026 Ring Tabling Events

All events will be held in the Mabry Theatre Foyer, located on the 2nd floor of the University Center

1. Tuesday, September 8, 2026 from 10 AM to 2 PM
2. Wednesday, September 9, 2026 from 11 AM to 3 PM
3. Wednesday, September 23, 2026 from 11 AM to 3 PM
4. Thursday, September 24, 2026 from 10 AM to 2 PM
5. Monday, October 5, 2026 from 11 AM to 3 PM
6. Tuesday, October 6, 2026 from 10 AM to 2 PM

 

Students who purchase their ring and pay in full by October 8, 2026 will have their ring shipped directly to the university for presentation at the Fall 2026 Ring Ceremony. An invitation and RSVP will be emailed to ring recipients in mid-October!

 

Do I need to RSVP?

All Ring Ceremony recipients will have assigned seating in the Mabry Theatre in alphabetical order. Guest seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

How should I dress?

We encourage you to dress in a way where business casual meets UT Tyler school spirit! Show off your Patriot Pride by wearing our school colors: orange, blue, and white.

Will photos be taken at the event?

UT Tyler's team will be on-site during the event to take pictures of the exciting occasion. Photos will be available following the Ring Ceremony and ring recipients will be sent the link to view photos via their email address.
