University Center Advisory Committee

Mission Statement

The Student Union Advisory Committee is established pursuant to Texas Education Code 54.5343 and is comprised of students appointed by the Chief Student Affairs Officer.

The Student Union Advisory Committee serves as an advisory board to address the needs and concerns of the students with respect to the policies and operations of the University Center and University policy as it impacts the University Center.

The Student Union Advisory Committee collectively advises on policy decisions regarding special requests for space in the University Center, policy changes, complaints and grievances, and any other policy and procedural issues in the University Center.
