The Rural Psychiatry Residency Program is supported by strong community partnerships that enhance the training experience. The academic year is structured into 12 blocks, providing residents with a broad range of clinical experiences across diverse settings. Outlined below is the training schedule.

Electives may be completed at any approved training site; however, a minimum of 51% of the total residency must be spent in rural areas to meet program requirements.
