Off-Campus Food Vendors to include Food Trucks
The offices of Risk Management and Environmental Health & Safety have reviewed the food vendors provided on the webpage below. They currently comply with UT Tyler’s insurance and health requirements. 

Do not forget that FOOD TRUCKS require space reserved through Astra - either specific parking spots or one of the designated locations inside of campus - and approval from the Vice President of Operations via the Event Management Coorination Form (EMC).
