From our technology teams to our event setup staff, we are committed to providing professional, friendly, and efficient service to ensure an events success.

All event resources should be requested through both the Astra online request form and the Event Management Coordination Form.  Event Management will coordinated all details.  If you have questions about specific items or need additional assistance, the contact information for the different departments is below:
