Teaching Philosophy

Each student comes to an educational setting with unique abilities and challenges.  The learning process is a combination of setting mutually agreed-upon goals to meet or exceed expectations for success (opportunities in the workplace), capitalizing on each student’s strength, and overcoming individual challenges.  The educator assists the student to accomplish goals through a supportive, mentoring relationship in which the student is an active participant.
